We’re excited to share some big news: Identity and sister agency Smyle are coming together under one brand – Identity – launching this November.

This isn’t a union for the sake of scale. It’s about giving our clients more: more creativity, more expertise, more value, and more global reach. By uniting two of the UK’s most celebrated agencies, we’re building something bigger, better, and bolder – while keeping the same teams, culture, and passion that got us here.

For years, Smyle has been creating insight-driven brand experiences for names like Amazon, TikTok, Adobe, and Salesforce. Identity has been trusted to deliver some of the world’s most significant events – from COP26 and COP28 to the King’s Coronation and London’s New Year’s Eve celebrations. Together, we’ll combine this experience, talent, and creativity under one name, opening the door to new possibilities for our clients.

And we’re not stopping there. Specialist agencies from across our group – including NJ Live, Dreamlike Studio, Powered by Humans, and The Sports Presentation Company – will also be part of this journey, strengthening what we can deliver and how we deliver it.

This move also marks the next stage of our global growth. With established teams in the Middle East and a brand-new office opening on the US East Coast, we’re expanding our reach while staying true to what matters most: people, creativity, and impact.

The refreshed Identity brand will be revealed in November. Until then, we’re continuing to do what we do best – working with our clients to create unforgettable experiences, only now with even more to offer.
